This bold, graphic hand painted silk scarf measures 14″X72″ and is a true one of a kind piece of art. I dyed this beautiful abstract piece with rich colors of black, gold and cream.
To create the scarf, I used professional grade dyes. then steamed to set the dyes for years of color rich wear.
Habotai silk is also called “China Silk”, it is very lightweight and breezy. This piece is 8mm Habotai silk with a hand rolled hem, and has a bit more shine than Crepe de Chine. It’s great for adding a pop of color without being too warm.
